Own end-to-end management of Accounts Receivable including Collections, Cash Application, and Dispute Resolution for a multinational environment.
Drive collection strategies to reduce DSO, minimize overdue receivables, improve cash flow, and deliver against KPIs and SLAs while maintaining strong internal controls.
Lead, mentor, and manage multi-shift AR/OTC teams ensuring performance, compliance, audit readiness, and effective communication with global clients and senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years managerial experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and OTC in multinational/shared services/BPO environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Strong expertise and working knowledge of AR processes, DSO calculation, CEI, collections strategy, and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Movex, AS 400, High Radius.
Willingness to work onsite following UK/US shift timings.

Experienced leader with demonstrated ability to manage large AR teams across 24/7 operations with strong control & compliance focus (SOX, audits).
Data-driven and strategic thinker with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills to engage global clients and present complex AR issues clearly to senior leadership.
