Design, develop, and support business-critical Power Platform applications, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead medium-complexity initiatives, uphold governance, and drive automation and digital transformation within the Sales Excellence CoE.
Maintain solution documentation, perform testing (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot defects, manage releases, and ensure security and compliance on Power Platform implementations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in app development or Power Platform.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Stakeholder-facing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions with integration to enterprise systems (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs).
Experience working in a governance-driven environment with responsibilities for architecture reviews, ALM practices, and security compliance.
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools and agile development practices, and comfortable driving automation and digital transformation initiatives in a sales or CRM context.
