Lead the largest, most complex cross-domain business analysis initiatives within Taylor & Francis (T&F), ensuring coherent requirements and stakeholder alignment across domains.
Build and maintain T&F business architecture by documenting and validating processes, capabilities, data flows and aligning analysis with the target architecture.
Co-own and advance the BA practice by setting methodology, standards, coaching BAs, and managing quality and governance across the T&F BA community without direct line authority.
Minimum Requirements
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience leading large, complex multi-domain business analysis initiatives end-to-end, including coordinating multiple BAs.
Experience working with enterprise or business architects on capability-driven analysis and architecture artefacts.
Must reside within commutable distance to Bengaluru office for minimum 3 days per week in-person collaboration; Right to work and live in India required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior BA with strong expertise in complex, multi-domain organizations, preferably with publishing, content or platform business experience.
Experienced in influencing and raising BA standards through coaching and quality oversight rather than direct management.
Skilled in managing ambiguous, strategic initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
