Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years professional experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis or Incident Management, or related fields.
3+ years hands-on experience supporting business contingency planning, disaster recovery, incident response, or crisis management programs.
Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation; location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional response activities during operational disruptions and critical incidents in large or global enterprises.
Proficient in business continuity lifecycle management including risk assessment, recovery planning, and conducting BIAs.
Capable of effective senior-level communication and coordinating complex resilience exercises and post-incident reviews.
