Principal Business Analyst

Translate product vision and strategy into detailed end-to-end user acceptance journeys and test cases for Life & Annuity insurance products covering Policy to Claims.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and testing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and improve quality assurance processes to reduce defect leakage.

Lead requirements gathering and process analysis for life insurance claim modules, support user acceptance testing, issue triaging, and present/demo product features to stakeholders.

15+ years professional experience with at least 10 years in Life & Annuity and Group insurance domain involving software packages and operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Banking & Finance, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.

Strong domain knowledge in Life & Annuity and Group insurance with business and technical acumen, including cloud-based enterprise systems.

Preferred: Experience with SAFe Agile Development practices; SAFe Practitioner certification preferred; familiarity with Majesco platforms/products is a plus.

Experienced in bridging product management and testing teams to deliver high-quality insurance software products in Life & Annuity domain with focus on user acceptance and quality assurance.

Possesses strategic understanding of insurance technology vendor landscape, industry trends, and cloud-based product roadmap execution.

Capable of influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority and managing stakeholders across multiple levels and time zones including remote teams.
