Administer and support various HR programs, services, and processes for a specific region, including handling employee and manager HR inquiries via multiple channels.
Process complex HR Service Center requests such as organization changes, compensation updates, leave requests, and onboarding operations while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and documentation standards.
Act as a resource for training other HRSC analysts, participate in user acceptance testing of HR systems, and contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback and case analysis.
Minimum Requirements
College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in Human Resources preferred.
2 to 3 years experience in a call center environment handling complex or non-routine inquiries required.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office) required.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 years in call center with complex inquiry handling.

Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple priorities and complex HR issues independently within corporate guidelines.
Demonstrates analytical, quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for HR data reporting and process improvements.
Experience working in structured team environments with coaching, mentoring, and training responsibilities and exposure to project management.
