Technical Lead II Application Development (C / C++)

Design, develop, and maintain native C/C++ applications, embedded services, and protocol integrations for Building Automation Systems on Linux and Windows platforms.

Implement high-performance, multithreaded services with strict uptime and reliability targets, including performance profiling and debugging complex concurrency issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile practices, participate in design and code reviews, and maintain technical documentation for scalable platform features.

Strong proficiency in C and C++ with expertise in memory management, multithreading, and object-oriented design patterns.

Hands-on experience with Linux development environments and embedded or systems software development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

10-14+ years of experience in C/C++ application or embedded software development.

Experienced in developing and maintaining large, complex, long-lived codebases in C/C++.

Comfortable working on both embedded systems and server-side platform components, including performance optimization and debugging multithreaded applications.

Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and building automation protocols such as BACnet preferred.
