Lead and develop a team of 5-10 solution engineers; influence platform roadmaps and foster stakeholder relationships across business functions, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in solution engineering, platform engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture with minimum 4 years in leadership roles.
Strong technical breadth in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS), integration, APIs, automation, containers, and hosting.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related discipline.
Experience embedding security, compliance, and governance into solution design and delivery; managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Strong operational mindset with ability to establish and maintain solution design standards, technical governance, and measurable delivery quality.
