AI/ML Engineer

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions from proof of concept to production, focusing on accuracy, robustness, and responsible AI principles.

Build and apply traditional and modern AI techniques, including language models, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project scope, success metrics, and support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in regulated healthcare environments.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.

5-10 years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience.

Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry).

Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines, deep neural network design and tuning, and familiarity with deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Experienced in developing scalable, maintainable AI systems with focus on fairness, explainability, and regulatory compliance in healthcare or regulated industries.

Knowledgeable about autonomous/multi-agent systems and agent orchestration with awareness of reliability and safety considerations.

Skilled in collaborating with diverse technical and business teams to drive AI projects from prototype to production in complex environments.
