Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of backend engineering experience building web or SaaS products.
Strong skills in Node.js and API design with experience in REST/JSON APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basics of distributed systems.
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across multiple time zones.

Comfortable operating in distributed, agile development environments with cross-time zone collaboration.
