Lead and manage a team of SAP Configuration and Engineering experts responsible for project execution, enhancement implementation, and incident resolution.
Act as a key advisor for business stakeholders to align SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions with organizational objectives and delivery roadmaps.
Oversee techno-functional design documentation, change control processes, audit readiness, and prioritize tasks to meet business priorities.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years managing SAP solutions with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations or solutions.
7+ years of people and team management experience.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Hours: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST with flexibility to support US Eastern Time business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end SAP delivery, especially modules like OTC, Vistex, Supply Chain, SD, EWM, MM, and FICO with supply chain or pharmaceutical industry domain knowledge.
Proven leadership in managing high-performing SAP teams and aligning technology solutions with business strategy and governance.
Familiarity with SAP implementation/upgrades, technology risk assessment, and potentially holds certifications such as CBAP or supply chain credentials.
