Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.
10-13 years of total work experience with at least 5 years in cybersecurity focused on security event monitoring.
Minimum 2 years in management or team leadership role.
Experience with SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, DLP, or SOC ticketing systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading security operations center teams with global or regional SOC exposure.
Skilled in investigating cybersecurity events including attack activity, malicious code, and network/host behavior anomalies.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and holding or pursuing relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
