Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or similar.
12+ years experience with Bachelor’s degree OR 10+ years with Master’s degree in building large-scale distributed software products.
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python; experience with Linux-based distributed applications and networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, gNMI/gRPC.
Experience with Spring Framework, microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Docker/Kubernetes, and database technologies including NoSQL and SQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience owning software modules and providing technical leadership to small teams of junior developers.
Familiarity with Telecom, Cable, or PON network management applications.
Exposure to cloud-native architectures and hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
