Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years software development experience with hands-on relational database and SQL.
At least 2 years experience working with Spring framework.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and computing concepts such as SOA, REST, fault tolerance, multi-threading, scalability, and security.
Experience with AI integrations (LLM, AI assistants, RAG, workflow automation) and familiarity with the web stack; AWS and container experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in backend and frontend full-stack development with microservices and event-driven architectures.
Demonstrates practical AI tool integration experience to deliver measurable impact in product development.
Comfortable working on cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on software quality, performance, and cross-team collaboration.
