Aggregate and manage Program Increment (PI) objectives and facilitate PI Planning readiness and execution.
Optimize the flow of value through Agile Release Train, assisting with execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on lean-agile practices and align strategy and execution with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: Extensive Agile transition experience with roles such as Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, Program Manager, or Agile Coach.
Mandatory Skills: Strong IT application development & leadership background, experience managing large-scale software delivery projects, and knowledge of Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking.
Certification: SAFe Release Train Engineer certification preferred.
Location: Based out of CHSI-Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading Agile transformations and managing large Agile Release Trains in global, complex organizations.
Proven ability in Lean Portfolio Management including procedures and ceremonies at the Portfolio level.
Strong leadership skills with emphasis on coaching, collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in high-performance teams.
