Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of software development experience in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
At least 3 years of people management experience and 2 years in technical leadership roles.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or large language model interfaces into workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability to provide both technical leadership and people management in complex, large-scale, and international engineering projects.
Experience working with AI technologies and agent-driven architectures, with fluency in AI concepts expected during hiring.
Skilled at navigating organizational complexity and collaborating across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and deployments.
