Sr. Software Engineer

Own end-to-end design and delivery of medium-to-large software features and services, including backend, frontend, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Drive technical decisions within assigned services, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance of systems.

Mentor junior engineers and conduct code/design reviews while collaborating with product managers and stakeholders on requirements and architectural planning.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4–7 years of software engineering experience.

Strong skills in Java Spring Boot and/or Python, microservices, distributed systems, React, TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with AI-enabled product features such as LLM integrations, workflow automation, RAG applications, or intelligent document processing.

Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable with both backend (Java/Python, microservices) and frontend (React, TypeScript) development in complex distributed systems.

Capable of handling ambiguity and translating business needs into technical solutions with focus on reliability, performance, and security.

Practitioner of AI integration in products with hands-on experience delivering practical AI features like LLM integration and intelligent automation.
