Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including implementation and enhancement projects.
Experience managing external vendors and coordinating software delivery activities in manufacturing environments.
Role based in Chennai, India. Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in MES domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including fabrication, assembly, testing, quality, and material flow.
Experienced in MES configuration, testing, deployment, support, and system integration with ERP and automation systems.
Skilled in stakeholder management, project coordination, and mentoring junior engineers within complex manufacturing IT environments.
