About This Role

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, reusable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

Own features end-to-end, including problem understanding, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Apply AI-assisted software development tools and practices throughout the software lifecycle to enhance development speed and quality.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience with strong ownership mindset.

Proficient in backend technologies including Python, Java, or Node.js and frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS or similar frameworks.

Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code and familiarity with AI-native development practices (AIDLC).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong system thinking approach, understanding how components impact larger systems and customer experience.

Experience building production-grade services and full-stack applications with end-to-end ownership.

Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced AI-native engineering environments with a bias for action and continuous learning.
