Develop and maintain automated data pipelines in Python processing millions of data points.

Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and consult clients on technical design and integration issues.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years experience as a Data Engineer or Data Integration Engineer with team delivery or technical coordination experience.
Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, APIs, Airflow, JSON/XML, CSV, and EDI file formats.
Strong fundamentals in coding best practices, OOP, data structures, and database models.
Must be located in Bangalore (4 days onsite per week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Capable of balancing deep hands-on technical execution with strategic technical consultation and client engagement.
Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative engineering team environment.
Background or interest in supply chain, logistics, or SaaS enterprise software preferred but not mandatory.
