Review and analyze vulnerability scan results for enterprise IT and OT/ICS assets, classify and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and track remediation progress.
Create and manage remediation tickets including technical details, coordinate with multiple teams (infrastructure, application, cloud, network, product, engineering, vendors) to drive closure of vulnerabilities within SLAs.
Generate reports on vulnerability posture and trends, escalate critical vulnerabilities, validate remediation, and recommend preventive actions for recurring patterns including challenges specific to OT environments.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, infrastructure security, or related cybersecurity domain.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc.).
Experience with vulnerability management for OT/ICS environments such as SCADA, substations, utilities, HMI, PLC, RTU, DCS, or industrial control systems.
Role location: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong working knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle, risk-based prioritization, and enterprise-scale remediation processes.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Rapid7) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with OT-specific challenges like legacy assets, availability constraints, compensating controls, and understanding of industrial protocols and standards (e.g., IEC 61850, Modbus, IEC 62443).
