Lead Software Engineer

Design, build, and support agentic AI applications that orchestrate workflows, decision-making, and automation across complex systems.

Serve as a technical authority for AI-enabled applications, advising on architecture, integration, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into practical AI solutions, ensuring security, resilience, and responsible AI principles throughout the software lifecycle.

9-15 years of software development experience, including with Python or equivalent languages.

Hands-on experience with AI-enabled or intelligent systems such as agent-based workflows or orchestration layers.

Proven experience designing and supporting complex, production-grade applications supported by knowledge of application architecture and APIs.

Experience working with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and reliability practices.

Experienced in integrating AI capabilities into enterprise-scale, regulated environments with responsible AI governance knowledge.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven leadership or mentoring experience in technical approaches, preferably with exposure to large language models or AI orchestration frameworks.
