Own and drive the product roadmap and delivery timelines for the Agentic AI platform’s suite of user-facing products including workflow orchestration, Agent Store/marketplace, telemetry, sandbox, and conversational agents.
Serve as the primary product interface between stakeholders and engineering/science teams, responsible for prioritization, delivery, and translating business needs into platform features and agent capabilities.
Lead customer enablement efforts such as onboarding playbooks, training, and change management to support enterprise scale adoption of the platform.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years (Managing Director level) or 7+ years (VP) or 4+ years (AVP) experience in product management for technology platforms.
Formal experience as a product owner or product manager.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Proven track record shipping AI/ML or automation products at enterprise scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple product roadmaps and coordinating across business, operations, technology, and science teams.
Strong understanding of agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and low-code/no-code platform paradigms.
Familiarity with financial services operations and asset servicing workflows is a strong plus; skilled in data-driven decision making and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
