Lead and manage the IIS Application Vulnerability Assessment team ensuring security, availability, and regulatory compliance of critical applications.
Oversee vulnerability and Single Points of Failure (SPOF) assessments for mission-critical assets with alignment to regulatory frameworks and business priorities.
Engage stakeholders across product, infrastructure, compliance, and governance forums; drive remediation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in application security, IT risk management, or resilience engineering, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Proven experience with risk assessment or IT audits in ITIL and resiliency domains including incident, change, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
Experience leading technical teams and managing senior stakeholders; hands-on ITIL tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and familiarity with regulatory compliance processes.
