Drive team performance improvements using OKRs and flow/outcome metrics; contribute to Center of Excellence standards and continuous model evolution.
Minimum Requirements
7–9 years experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in scaled agile environments.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile delivery practices.
Experience with agile tools like Jira and SPM, and familiarity with engineering practices (test automation, CI/CD, DevOps).
Work Location: Chennai or Gurgaon.

Experienced in coaching teams using supportive and adaptive techniques for continuous improvement.
Comfortable working with outcome-based performance tracking and applying OKR frameworks.
Able to maintain alignment and transparency across multiple teams and stakeholders in agile delivery contexts.
