Staff Software Engineer - AI/ML

Lead architecture and development of enterprise-scale full stack and AI platform solutions incorporating LLM and multimodal AI features.

Design, build, and deliver resilient microservices and REST APIs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic autonomous task workflows.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring across globally distributed teams to integrate AI capabilities into software services and drive measurable impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

10+ years development experience in at least one general purpose language (Python preferred, or Java/Go) with frontend JavaScript/TypeScript experience.

Proven experience delivering production applications using LLMs or AI services at scale and driving 5+ AI/ML-focused projects.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experienced technical leader with a track record of guiding teams and managing external contractors or vendors on AI/ML projects.

Skilled in designing and optimizing large-scale AI/ML systems, including enterprise RAG architectures and multimodal LLM implementations.

Comfortable working in distributed, global teams and taking end-to-end technical ownership balancing reliability, performance, and cloud cost.
