Learning Experience Designer and Developer

Partner with L&D teams and business stakeholders to identify capability needs and design learner-centred blended learning solutions.

Translate business requirements into learning objectives, learner journeys, project plans, and delivery timelines.

Design and develop digital learning content using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, including storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner resources.

5+ years experience in learning experience design and digital learning development.

Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong understanding of adult-learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, agile).

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant digital learning design and development roles.

Experienced individual contributor with strong digital learning development and multimedia skills, including interaction design and assessments.

Strong ability to translate business and performance needs into effective blended learning experiences independently.

Proficient in project and stakeholder management with the capability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
