Partner with global stakeholders and teams to manage risks, dependencies, and deliver transparent progress using tools like Jira.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 7 years experience in Agile/Scrum roles supporting technology, Data Analytics or BI teams.
Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery tools; experience managing dependencies, risks, and collaborating with Product Owners and technical teams.
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office in Gurgaon, India.
Experience with distributed/global teams and solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Scrum Master comfortable enabling cross-functional, self-managing teams in Data & BI domains including Power BI, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, and AI/ML contexts.
Operates with strong Agile governance and can drive team accountability and continuous improvement beyond basic Scrum rituals.
Skilled at translating complex technical delivery statuses into meaningful business outcomes for diverse global stakeholder groups.
