Senior Manager - IT Implementation Consulting

Lead and manage multiple Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementation projects simultaneously, including workshops, configuration, customization, and reporting/dashboards delivery.

Drive project success by identifying scope and stakeholders, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring quality and timeline adherence.

Mentor team members, develop test scripts, support Workday feature releases, and promote operational excellence with measurable impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or BSc.

Workday HCM Core & Absence and Time Tracking certification mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Workday project lifecycle and Absence and Time Tracking modules.

Role location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, or Pune with hybrid working model (minimum three days in office/week).

Experienced in leading Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations, including advanced reporting, data conversion, and solution design.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects across global, remote, and multi-time zone environments.

Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills with proven delivery from conception to support.
