Lead C&P Project Engineer

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in design, development, configuration, and verification of HVDC Control & Protection Systems ensuring project objectives are met.

Provide technical leadership across all project phases including tendering, commissioning, and liaising with customers, suppliers, and third parties.

Manage project budgets, risks, documentation, quality control, and support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent with suitable industry experience.

More than 9 years of experience specifically in Control & Protection systems, with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience leading complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects, preferably in HVDC or similar high voltage systems.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel globally; relocation assistance is provided.

Experienced leader capable of managing large, technically complex teams and projects in HVDC control and protection systems.

Strong project management skills with proven ability to control budgets, timelines, risk, and quality standards under pressure.

Skilled in translating customer needs into technical solutions and mentoring/coaching engineering teams for competency development.
