Staff Software Engineer- AI/ML

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale AI and full-stack software platforms, including microservices, REST APIs, RAG, and multimodal LLM features.

Make end-to-end technical decisions balancing reliability, performance, and cloud cost for AI systems deployed across global teams.

Mentor engineers and guide contractors while driving adoption of AI into existing software services to achieve measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

Minimum 10 years' experience in programming with Python (preferred), Java, or Go, plus frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

Proven production experience shipping scalable AI/LLM-based applications with at least 5 AI & ML focused projects led.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and technical leadership in distributed teams.

Experienced AI/ML architect capable of designing and optimizing enterprise AI systems at scale.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage external contractors or vendors in a globally distributed environment.

Proficient in modern AI frameworks, vector databases, and enterprise RAG architectures supporting large user bases (100k+).
