Design, deploy, administer, and improve enterprise Windows 10/11 and macOS end-user computing environments, ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, imaging, deployment, patching, decommissioning, and software distribution using endpoint management platforms like Microsoft Intune.
Provide Level 3 technical support for complex endpoint issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams on security and service improvements, and develop automation and deployment packaging solutions using scripting languages.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments with strong hands-on Windows 10/11 and macOS administration.
Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and MDM platforms, and knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 identity management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management) and strong troubleshooting skills.
