VP, Cloud Operations

Own strategic direction and operational execution of global cloud, SaaS, SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevOps teams ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud services.

Drive improvements in cloud reliability, automation, SLOs/SLAs, operational KPIs, incident response, change management, and cloud economics (FinOps).

Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed technical organization and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Delivery, Finance, and customers.

15+ years experience in technology leadership with focus on cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps in enterprise environments.

Proven leadership managing large-scale, global cloud and SaaS operations with demanding availability, security, and scalability requirements.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure and expertise in cloud-native operations including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes/container platforms, CI/CD, observability, automation, reliability engineering, and cloud security.

Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in engineering, computer science or related field preferred; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Senior technology leader with a track record of driving operational execution and strategic cloud initiatives in complex, global SaaS environments.

Experienced in collaborating across multiple business functions and cultures to align cloud operations with customer and business objectives.

Strong operational discipline with focus on measurable improvements in cloud service reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
