Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years experience in loan operations or fund administration, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Deep knowledge of syndicated loan lifecycle, agent notice types, settlement mechanics, and loan accounting.
Hands-on experience with Advent Geneva, SS&C Loans or comparable loan platforms, ClearPar, and Bloomberg or ICE loan data.
Strong control experience including reconciliations, audits, and regulatory or client due diligence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing diverse teams and cross-location operations in loan servicing environments.
Strategic operator with deep technical expertise in syndicated loan servicing and platform implementations.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and lead operational improvements including process automation.
