Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates across India for various positions using platforms like LinkedIn and job portals.
Build and maintain talent pipelines and conduct market mapping for difficult-to-fill roles to meet recruitment SLAs.
Coordinate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure timely and quality recruitment support including bulk/volume hiring when needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Proficiency with sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local job portals.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and work across different time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end sourcing for diverse roles with ability to build strategic talent pipelines.
Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders and adapting to varying recruitment priorities.
Strong at candidate screening and profile assessment aligned to business needs.
