Senior Payroll Specialist

Manage and lead payroll operations for multiple countries globally, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments compliant with local regulations and company policies.

Deliver payroll, time & absence, and data management efficiently while coordinating with external service providers and managing audits.

Provide payroll expertise and guidance to stakeholders and new team members, and lead strategic improvement and change projects in payroll processes.

Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.

Fluency in English (written & oral) is mandatory.

Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.

Experience working in high volume operational payroll environments with cross-functional and cross-cultural coordination.

Familiarity with payroll technologies and platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Payroll Control Centre, ADP E-Time, Workforce Now, Globalview, and SAP.

Demonstrated expertise in payroll compliance, internal controls, and the ability to lead audit coordination and improvements.
