Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in banking domain with working knowledge of Capital Markets and Credit Risk as a plus.
Technical proficiency in Java Core, Spring Framework, databases (Oracle, MongoDB), Linux scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strategic influencer comfortable negotiating with senior leaders and integrating large global teams for software delivery.
