Provide pre-sales technical consulting and solution design support to assist in winning new business and retaining existing customers across Brennan IT portfolio.
Develop customer-facing artifacts such as Work Breakdown Structures and Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with Pre Sales Architecture community.
Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and support proposal development, ensuring internal peer review and approval processes are followed before customer release.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years industry experience in professional services or technical service delivery roles.
Technical understanding of IaaS, Hybrid Cloud (Azure, AWS), Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Cloud Connectivity, Networking, and SDWAN technologies.
Experience in an IT solutions business with Cloud Services and IT outsourcing / managed services.
Industry-based technical certifications such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, or security vendors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consultative pre-sales and technical service delivery within managed services and cloud environments.
Proven ability to scope, design, and present complex IT solutions aligned with customer requirements and budgets.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, process-driven pre-sales environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
