Manage execution of customer purchase orders ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality, safety, financial targets, and schedules.
Coordinate between sales, supply chain, factory, logistics, and customers to ensure timely order acknowledgement, delivery, and project closeout.
Handle order-related communications including invoices, cash collection, shipment tracking, and resolve technical and commercial queries.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
4-10 years of relevant experience in Order Management, preferably with High Voltage Substation components.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Familiarity with SAP system usage.
