Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience supporting Network environments and Windows OS.
Strong fundamental knowledge of Windows Servers, DHCP, DNS.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now.
Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or knowledge in Data Center technologies including environmental monitoring, structured cabling, power/cooling, and facility-IT integrations.
Familiarity with Physical Security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and integrated low-voltage systems.
Scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to enhance monitoring and workflows.
