Senior Manager - Finance (Procure to Pay)

Lead and manage global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations including accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor master management, payments, reconciliations, and exception management to ensure timely, accurate service delivery across Asia and North America.

Own operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards; identify gaps and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and process transformation initiatives including automation and standardization using SAP, SAP Ariba, and other tools to improve efficiency and controls.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong end-to-end P2P experience including accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor management, payments, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Proven leadership experience managing global stakeholder relationships across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.

Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, or similar ERP platforms preferred; work experience required explicitly but exact years not stated.

Experienced finance operations leader with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay and accounts payable processes in a global, multi-regional environment (Asia & North America).

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with Finance, Procurement, Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.

Skilled in process improvement, risk management, governance, and driving digital transformation within shared services or finance operations contexts.
