About This Role

Lead and oversee end-to-end data migration projects for SAP S/4HANA including strategy, blueprint sessions, mock data loads, and cutover planning.

Manage and mentor a team executing data conversion, ensuring technical quality through code and solution reviews.

Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet data quality requirements and enhance delivery efficiency through innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering mandatory.

9-14 years of experience with prior project lead roles in data migration projects.

Must have completed at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA data conversion projects using SAP BODS and SAP DMC.

Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in leading data conversion teams and collaborating cross-functionally in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Strong expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration, including data source analysis, profiling, cleansing strategies, and SAP Migration Cockpit customization with LTMOM.

Hands-on knowledge of SAP’s ETL tools (SAP BODS, SAP DMC), ABAP dataflows, delta load design, interfacing with external storage (SFTP, Amazon S3), and diverse data extraction methods.
