Consultant, Identity & Access Management

Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory including user/group/computer management, domain controller support, troubleshooting authentication and replication issues, and performing disaster recovery tasks.

Support Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity services including user/group/role management, SSO integrations, MFA, Conditional Access, and synchronization health.

Own incident resolution, service requests, configuration changes, and contribute to automation scripts and technical documentation for identity services.

3-6 years of relevant work experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Proficient in administering Active Directory components such as users, groups, OUs, GPOs, trusts, and domain controllers with L2/L3 support capabilities.

Experience supporting Entra ID features including users, roles, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, synchronization using Entra Connect, and SAML/OAuth-based integrations.

Microsoft SC-300 certification or equivalent identity certification recommended but not mandatory.

Experienced in handling complex identity and access management issues across on-premises AD and cloud environments (Microsoft Entra ID).

Comfortable working independently on routine identity administration tasks with the ability to escalate and coordinate for complex or high-risk changes.

Familiar with CI/CD practices for identity configuration, scripting in PowerShell, and maintaining operational documentation and automation.
