Lead the largest, most complex cross-domain business analysis initiatives, defining scope, approach, and coordinating multiple Business Analysts through design and implementation.
Own coherence and quality of requirements and business architecture artefacts across domain boundaries, ensuring alignment with target architecture and business models.
Jointly manage BA community practice: define methodology, standards, competency frameworks, provide quality oversight, coaching, and raise BA capability standards without formal management authority.
Minimum Requirements
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Substantial experience in business analysis within complex, multi-domain organisations; publishing, content or platform domain experience is a plus.
Experience scoping and leading large, complex cross-domain analysis initiatives end-to-end, including coordinating multiple Business Analysts.
Right to work and live in India; ability to work onsite in Bengaluru minimum 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating at senior stakeholder level including business sponsors and technology leadership, capable of influencing through expertise rather than authority.
Skilled in building and maintaining coherent business architecture and standards incrementally in a federated delivery environment.
Proven coaching experience to uplift BA teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, managing large ambiguous initiatives and cross-team collaboration without formal line management.
