Own evaluation and enhancement of Core Banking System (T24) and related Treasury product integrations from a business perspective.
Lead gap analysis and documentation for business requirements (BRD, FSD, BRFSD), and coordinate with technical teams and global partners including vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Manage User Acceptance Testing, troubleshooting of BAU system issues, and ensure project timelines are met while mitigating risks in Treasury operations processes.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years experience in bank or GCC Treasury Operations with exposure to CBS (preferably T24 modules AA/TPH/MD/LD and Analytics).
University graduate in business or related field.
Working knowledge of project tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.
Strong documentation, communication skills, and experience in business requirement creation and analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Treasury operations with practical knowledge of T24 Core Banking System configurations and integrations.
Capable of translating complex business requirements into technical specifications while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
