Proven expertise designing enterprise-grade RESTful APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
Experience integrating AI-assisted coding and testing tools to enforce code quality and achieve full test coverage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; work experience in managing and implementing successful projects; 5-8 years relevant experience also mentioned but 12+ years emphasized for lead role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep mastery of software craftsmanship principles: SOLID, Clean Architecture, design patterns, concurrency/multithreading.
Strong database knowledge including both RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), plus messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with Agile/Scrum processes, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), and AI-driven developer tools for enhanced code quality.
