Total work experience of 12+ years in HR function with at least 4 years in HR project management or HR transformation.
Preferably 5+ years project management experience in a multinational organization.
Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, MS Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consulting on HR transformation, AI-driven digital transformations, or operating model design for large/global enterprises.
Capable of managing complex, cross-functional workstreams and navigating business complexities and project interdependencies.
Demonstrates ability to influence senior stakeholders and sustain collaboration in global virtual teams.
