Support execution of strategic priorities, business objectives, and transformation initiatives within Research & Insights.
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects and operational initiatives including scope, timelines, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Analyze data and develop reporting tools like dashboards and scorecards; implement automation for reporting processes using Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and generative AI.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree required; MBA preferred.
3+ years experience in strategy, operations, analytics, reporting, or program management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate is required.
Location: Hyderabad; Shift: 11 AM to 8 PM.

Experience managing end-to-end projects and operational initiatives in strategy or analytics functions.
Comfortable working closely with senior executives and supporting strategic leadership.
Skilled in data analysis, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools within a global or large organizational context.
