Manage end-to-end processing and verification of various Trade Finance transactions including LCs, BGs, Import & Export Bills, Documentary Collections, and Trade Loans.
Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, FEMA, UCP 600, URDG, ISBP and internal policies while monitoring SLA adherence and handling exceptions and escalations.
Lead and mentor a team of Trade Finance professionals, oversee audit requirements, operational risk metrics, and support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations within Banks or NBFCs.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Import/Export Trade products and International Trade regulations including RBI, FEMA, and ICC guidelines (UCP 600, URDG, ISBP).
Experience in team supervision and stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional with demonstrated ability in managing operational controls and ensuring compliance in Trade Finance.
Proven track record in leading teams and improving operational efficiency through process improvements and automation.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in handling multi-stakeholder coordination including Business, Compliance, Credit, and Correspondent Banks.
