Operations Head

Accountable for verifying and implementing detailed technical design solutions as defined by project/technical management, often leading technical assessments and delivery to customers.

Lead and manage teams to deliver multiple technology domain deliverables including network, applications, or platform solutions, ensuring high performance and knowledge sharing.

Manage sales activities including producing proposals for smaller engagements, growing company portfolio via new opportunities and change management.

8+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related field; or 11+ years of relevant professional experience without degree.

Must have in-depth technical knowledge across multiple technologies and proven leadership in delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Role requires onsite work primarily from HPE partner/customer office in India.

Holds at least one vendor or industry certification in relevant technical discipline.

Experienced in designing and leading implementation of enterprise technology solutions across multiple technology domains with strategic market understanding.

Capable of managing and mentoring teams through complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects balancing innovation and client business needs.

Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to engage senior management and contribute to sales lifecycle and company strategy.
